Candle Sparkles offers handmade candles, home fragrance products, gift items, custom products, and related accessories.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

3. Products and Handmade Variations
Many Candle Sparkles products are handmade or hand-finished. Because of the nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, texture, fragrance appearance, decorative details, container finish, or other characteristics may occur.
Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural variations in handmade materials.
These minor variations are not considered defects.
4. Product Availability
All products and services are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product, discontinue products, modify collections, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary.
Some handmade, seasonal, limited-edition, or custom products may only be available in limited quantities.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout when required.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product description, or other errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
6. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
7. Payments
Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. Candle Sparkles does not directly store your complete credit or debit card information.
8. Order Cancellations
Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been fulfilled.
Custom, personalized, or special-event orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at candlesparkles.mktg@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed if fulfillment or production has already started.
9. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, and special-event products are created according to customer specifications and may require additional processing time.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing accurate personalization details, names, dates, colors, quantities, and other requested information before production begins.
Once production has begun, custom and personalized orders may not be changed or cancelled.
Custom and personalized products are generally final sale, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
10. Shipping
Candle Sparkles currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
Shipping charges, available shipping methods, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

11. Store Pickup
Eligible orders may be available for store pickup when this option is shown at checkout.
Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Pickup instructions and availability may vary depending on the product or order.
12. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect orders, and non-returnable products are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.
Our standard return window is 14 days from delivery for eligible products.
Used or burned candles, custom products, personalized products, special-event orders, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for standard returns, except where required by applicable law or where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
13. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers should inspect their order after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label to help us evaluate the issue.
We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
14. Product Use and Safety
Customers are responsible for using candles and related products safely and according to any care or safety instructions provided with the product or on our website.
Candles should never be left burning unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and other hazards.
Candle Sparkles is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, improper storage, or use of a product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

All content on this website, including our brand name, logos, photographs, product images, graphics, product descriptions, designs, videos, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Candle Sparkles unless otherwise stated.
