Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Candle Sparkles purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unburned, and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Candles that have been burned or used cannot be returned.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom-made, personalized, and special-event orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations
Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been fulfilled. Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

We may request photos of the item and packaging to help us process the claim.

Return shipping
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect, Candle Sparkles will work with you on the appropriate resolution.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Special-event orders
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
